A monthly service to tidy up areas that L Squared has previously organized. We understand that life happens, and want to help you maintain your organized spaces. Receive a 15% discount every 2nd month of recurring tidying services.
 
Organized moving
 
If you're selling your home - it's crucial to have organized spaces for pictures and showings, so you get the best price for your home!
Decluttering before a move saves you time, money, and energy spent packing, transporting, and unpacking items you will never use.
Once you buy a new home - L Squared can be there on Day 1 to help you set up and organize your Kitchen and Master Closet (or whichever rooms mean the most to you!).

Initial consultation
The initial consultation allows me to better understand your goals for the space. This consultation is via phone call (or video call), and usually lasts about 20-30 minutes. Please come with any questions you have for me.

Hourly rate allows me to customize each unique space. No two spaces are alike, and no two clients have the same goals. This rate covers the active time spent transforming your space.

- Cost of bins and other organizing accessories
- Travel Fee (if more than 20 miles away) ($2/mi)

initial pricing
Monthly tidying services apply to any area/space that L Squared has previously organized. Monthly tidying services must be established within 3 months of the initial organization transformation. Each month L Squared will come in and tidy up the space to ensure that the space maintains order.
Clients love utilizing this service for their pantry and children's toy areas.
$65/HOUR
 
every 2nd month - 15% off!!!
Every 2nd month that you're enrolled in Monthly Tidying Services you will receive 15% off the hourly rate. This is our way of saying thanks for being a consistent client! Imagine consistently having an organized pantry aka living the dream. L Squared makes it possible.

Some spaces are difficult to keep tidy due to the amount of memorabilia and other keepsakes present.
L Squared helps clients hold on to these memories by consolidating them into a beautiful scrapbook or shadow box to display.

Forms of Payment
L Squared accepts:
Credit/Debit Cards (2.6% Service Fee Applied), Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Payments are due at the time of service.
If services are split across days, then payments are to be made at the end of each work day.
 
*Additional Costs - Details:
Space Assessment - $50/Space. A space is defined as 1 Closet, All drawers in 1 room, Kitchen Cabinets, etc. Spaces do not span across multiple rooms. This fee does not apply for clients that provide photos/videos of the space along with ALL necessary measurements.
Product Costs - 20% markup for bins and storage solutions to compensate the time spent searching for organization products, purchasing the products, and coordinating product delivery. Additional markup does not apply for clients that purchase products on their own time.
Travel Fee - No travel fee applied for clients that live 20 miles or less (one-way) from the L Squared headquarters. (Note: website does not have specific address for privacy reasons, but gives a general location via the map feature on the Contact page). Travel fee applies to any home that is more than 20 miles (one-way) from the L Squared headquarters. For homes more than 20 miles away - the Travel Fee calculation is: Round trip mileage * $2/mi.
Donation Drop-Off Fee - An optional service provided to clients. All donation items must fit within a Sedan. Items larger than this will not be permitted. The fee is per car load, so if multiple trips are needed to drop off all items, then it will be $45 per trip. Lastly, only items originally housed in the Project paid space will be accepted. Items found in other unpaid spaces (outside of the Project's scope) will not be accepted and will not be transported. Donations will be made to L Squared's charity of choice.
